I got this from my brother, he got it from some niccas in jail.

I take a stick, broom or whatever and place it over my shoulder and twist my body. Supposed to help with love handles.

honestly, i think all ab workouts are all the same techniques just in a different order with me it's just a thing of motivation. what i do is watch my favorite team and everytime the refs/coaches do something stupid instead of throwing my remote i do sit-ups. 25 crunches, turn my knees to the right do 25 and turn left then 25. by the end of the game i do about 350-500 on each side
