Found out about this dude over a year ago, when the Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory soundtrack was done by him. I noticed the music in the game and downloaded the soundtrack. That was quickly followed by a purchace of every album hes ever made.
Do as i did, check out the Splinter Cell soundtrack.

Well, that sure was a gay way to find out about him.
Kinda like asian gamer nerds who like Fat Jon & Nujabes because of Samurai Champloo.

Amon's cool, he took a backseat to some of his Ninja Tune buddies when that label was redhot but i like some of his stuff. Brickolage is definately his best album
its not really cut from the same cloth, but i would recommend Daedelus-Denies The Days Demies. hes a labelmate of Amon, imagine Prefuse 73 only with talent and more imagination

The whole Ninja Tunes label has to be one of the most underrated in the music game today. I mean, just go to their website and look at their roster, it's ridiculous. My favorites are Cinematic Orchestra and Mr. Scruff. Cinematic Orchestra just does it for me, put their album on when it's a slow Sunday afternoon. But back to the point: that label needs more attention, cause their talent is phenomenal.

Amon Tobin is a genius, and yes, Ninja Tune is underated.
