that's what's up. if it were it's own forum more people would post in it and get their questions answered in stuff. knowledge is power in the gym and it would be cool to have more people involved in talking fitness.

I think people overlook it by it being in the ladies room. If it was a stand alone forum I believe it would gain more attention making it one of the more useful forums on sohh. It being burried in the Ladies Room is :thumbsdow
