Come in and tell us about various supplements you have used and the results you got from them. I'll start:
Hot Rox Extreme: This was a thermogenic fat burner. It claimed to actually promote protein synthesis and increase fat loss. I can say I didn't gain muscle from the shyt but it helped alot with fat loss. My only draw back was the issues I had with sleep and mild heart palpitations. Overall a decent product.
Animal M Stak: This is a Methoxy product that was supposed to "replace steroids" (beginners mistake). That ain't do shyt but cost be $28. Then it started kinda fukkin with erections and I was just meeting a new chick. You gotta impress the first time, but I got by fortunately.
Cre-Ethyl Thunder: This was a creatine and energizing product. It gave me the best gains in strength and mass. After the 2nd week my bench started to skyrocket and the pumps on it were the shyt. The vascularity in my arms,hands, and bottom of my stomach also increased. Crowning this supp as the best.
ON Whey: I personally didn't get noticeable gains from it. But the cookied and cream version tasted like desert. It's one of the better tasting proteins but def. not the best.
Cell Tech Protein: Alot of people don't like the company because of the advertising and pricing. But I came up on a 5 pound batch of the shyt when my boy somehow stole a case of the shyt. I have to say it tasted good as hell and gave me good results. This was the best protein I have ever had. It more of a treat though because I can't see spending that much on protein. 3 bottles = A pair of J's. Even though I get it a little cheaper from Wal-Mart because it's always on sale and my sis got a 10% discount from working there.
Six Star Whey: This is a brand of protein that Wal-Mart always carries and it's only 12 bucks. Guess what? It's made by the makers Cell-Tech. It works almost as well, also one of the better proteins to me.
High Power Creatine: Plain ole mono creatine, it never fails. I take this even while taking the esterfied creatine. But i'm a creatine responder so it does well for me. But it always runs through me (no homo) I take it then I immediately take a shyt then work out. But it's also the cheapest [Jeezy] 36 O's for the $19.99 [/The Snowman Voice]
