well i think i tore my bicep it was all deformed n **** like the inside bicep muscle was basically kinda missing but after a few days it came back i think i hurt the tendon how do i strengthen this so it doenst happen again? the way it happened was i havent lifted for like 1 week and i came back lifted hard did bi's and forearms than after that i was hitting the heavy bag pretty hard and i was hitting it with hooks(wide ones) and i didnt strech out before, i didnt feel it at the time but i got home and my bicep was all retarted. any ideas? and also my shoulder joint feels all weird now like its loose

See a Doc
Yea your gonna need to see a doctor and get it scanned. Until then, keep it on Ice and alternate with some Heat therapy. Try your best to keep the Bicep isolated and immobilized. Sometimes tears require surgery, but sometimes therapy and time is all thats needed. Lets just say you won't be lifting or hittin the bag for a good bit of time.

read up on bicepital tendinitis
i guarantee if your bicep hurts your tricep does not... there is an imbalance going on... your triceps are probably stronger... go reaaaaalll light once the pain goes down and work up... stretch it out, but read on that **** and ice it daily
