aight....

so i read about the benefits of squats, deaflifts etc, how they benefit your WHOLE body, so ive been doin em 4 the past 2 months.

But now...smh

my upper thighs r starting 2 rub together when i walk....:thumbsdow

and my booty is gettin big, almost like Beyonces....:thumbsdow

anyone got n e remedies?

real talk.. aint much you can do except heavy cardio.. that should do the trick.. some treadmill and bicycle should be fine.. for you have to do it regularly.. and also watch what you eat

Yea, it happens. This is why I recommend squats, Leg press, Hamstring curls, Hip Flexors, DEADLIFTS, calves, etc. to All females that i talk to. They could easily get the lower body they want buy doing combinations of all those when doing their legs exercises, and also eating alot (healthy foods though). Going for size buy doing 8-12 reps for about 4 sets could EASILY get women that type of figures. Just look at female track runners, basketball players, Volleyball players, gymnast, etc. They all do those, they just do more of other things also, and most of them have perfect derriere's

My suggestion is to perform walking lunges without weights (keep the back straight and focus your sight directly in front of you). Do variations of these lunges - i.e. slightly to the side at about 30 to 45 degrees, backwards, and sideways.

Also straight legged deadlifts with light weight so you can do 20 reps of 3 or 4 sets.

And lastly, do a lot of cardio.
