I'd like to know from people who've taken them. I want to get Hydroxycut Hardcore to supplement what I'm already doing because I've started going on walks on my breaks at work. So I'm doing one 30 min walk at 11:00 and then another at 2:00. I get home and do another 30 min walk around 5:30 then eat dinner. Then I'll get on my bike while watching the news around 9:30(either for an .5 or 1 hr) but by this time I'm tired.

It doesnt have to be about Hydroxycut but more so fat burners period. I hear a lot of people talking about that Lipo 6 stuff, but I've been reading online and I found more & better reviews on Hydroxycut Hardcore.

Alot of personal trainers tell me that these things are not good for your heart... so i wouldnt reccomend you take them

I used to use them religiously, but then I lost 12 pounds in a month without them..so... I see there is no substitue for effort

Okay thanks for the input guys. I weighed myself this morning and I only lost 2lbs in 2 weeks. I was so disappointed. I've signficantly dropped my calorie intake, up the fruits and veggies, started drinking at least 6 glasses of water a day. The only thing I'm not doing that I did last time was taebo. I really don't have time to but I was expecting more. I guess the process will be slow, or my metabolism needs a boost.

If you're just trying to lose like 10-20 lbs in a short amount of time, then I'd suggest the Master Cleanse, aka The Lemonade Diet. You lose the weight in ten days and still have lots of energy and will be able to exercise. You won't feel hungry at all for the most part. It's not a diet, but a detox & cleanse, but you will lose alot of weight as a result of doing it. You will feel much better afterwards, and your body will have a strong desire to eat healthy foods. The hardest part is getting over the fact(mentally) that you're not eating, the 1st few days are the toughest, but after that is will be pretty easy.
