As a youth listenin to old samples...
Young Sal gained knowledge through the mic and wrote
himself out of shambles... the life i.e. the big
gamble... will leave you tormented and trampled...
and the envious demented and I try to stay grounded---
cemented...
and as if God deemed it...
I'm... here to shine... like this little lite of
mine.... well at least in my mind... I'm
imaginary-- picasso...
more so Monet I(eye)-ing...
artistic...
trying to write words with enough feeling that its autistic...
they say if you faithful and believe...
relieve your life and risk it...
but I'm relieved...
to leave earth with the same mind I was concieved...
then recieved...
a text on the cell... thinking this my life wrapped up
in sex, what's next for life is changing my cells to
sell and get brother out of his cell...
I gelled in the hood... i.e. hell as a black male...
And if I was to go praying with nothing left...
I want to leave the world with this saying in my last
breath...
Teach the young'uns how to eat life and stomach
death...
When I write its twilight...The dawn of a new day
Still living my life through gray sky lights sometimes
Still...Nothings new today.
Yeah my daughters doing O.K
Thanks for asking...
She's learning more and more from my mistakes every day.
But its my little cousin that's straying from the example his father
lays.
Fuel the fire or escape?
For some reason, its hard for him to choose.
Although I knew how I thought when a youth in school.
This reminded me so much how back then we were fools surrounded by
mules.
Till the tantrum of spectrums displayed unexpectedly when my written
word played in the strangest ways ever fathomed.
I was good for something than just filling a quota...
...Proof that people will change with the right exposure
I Instill the fear of God's dagger and Stopped distilling the Devil's
lager
That's word till the day I rest or Aija's last breath.
Salah said it best...
"Teach the young'uns how to eat life and stomach death..."
Teach to eat the right cuisine with no regrets.
Standing still to the left...Quiet as kept
