Silent Screams

My silent screams are louder than your inaction
I beg and plead for a sign- anything
But it’s pointless.

I could talk until the next equinox
and you’d never hear a word.
I could flood a room with the tears I’ve shed.
You’d simply get a raft
And ignore everything

I could drill through you walls
but they’d be back before I flinch
your self-destructing habits are reaching out for company-
I won’t join.

This silver surface before you sees all
nothing can be hidden from it
even if broken
the pieces are more together than you

Turn away from it all
And turn to within
Only then will the screams have sound
words heard, tears dried

Me and this poem haven't always seen eye to eye. I wrote it a while back and kinda have avoided it because I can't decide if I like it or not sometimes. I like how the first 3 parts go, but the ending doesn't really sit well with me at times. I thought I'd post it anyways for some feedback so I can improve.
