I had been clean bulking for about 1 month now and it started off nicely gaining about 2 pounds a week. Then I was just like fukk eating clean and went on eating all kinds of shyt, mainly PopTarts and Honey Buns. Next thing I know I was up 19 pounds. I know it could also have something to do with me just starting with Cre-Ethyl Thunder too. Now I wanna stop bulking to stop the water weight and fat but I was trying to get up to 230 by February then cut back down for the summer. Should I keep going or just go for a 2 week low carb cut to shed the water weight then continue? On a side note I've been reachin PR's on my squats and rows. That's the only good thing that came out of this.
