go heavy on your upright rows for a thicker neck. i actually miss my neck.
work out your calves every other day to make them grow. 3x12. toes forward, day off, toes out, day off, toes in, day off, repeat.
dunno about under your calves.....

For bigger legs, one word: SQUAT, SQUAT, and do some more SQUATS!!!!!!
For a thicker neck, I don't really know any specific exercises for the neck. But doing compound lifts will definitely aid in gaining muscle all over your body including your neck region. Compound lifts being: Squats, Deadlift, Bench press(flat, incline and decline), Overhead presses(e.g. Military presses). And of course eating ALOT(of good foods) will help you tons too. :)
thanks guys...
any more suggestions?
any comments on neck bridges??

get one of those neck harnesses that boxers use. It's simply a leather head peice that allows you to add weights that dangle off it and you can work out your neck that way...
I also recommend lying flat on a bench with your head and neck hanging over, then taking a towel, put it on your forehead and then place some weights on top of it. Do about 10 or 15 reps, 3 or 4 sets, and you'll build a bigger neck guaranteed.
I've added an inch to my neck in just the last month doing these excercises 4 times a week. Only takes a total of 15 minutes each time..
