What are your thoughts on it
Resembles its taste... sh*t.
Didn't do much at all. Gakic is simply another over-hyped Arginine product. They keep trying to modify Arginine to top NO2 but they just keep making copies of the same supplement. I never responded to NO2 in the first place because my blood vessels and blood flow have always been above average. NO2 and Arginine works by dilated your blood vessels which force more blood into your muscles. In essence, all Gakic is "supposed" to do is give you a pump.
So bottom line, if you respond well to NO2 then chances are you MIGHT see something from Gakic.
Also, its a MuscleTech product which automatically makes it suspect. I tried it cuz my one of boys was gettin rid of it, he had never used it and it was about about to expire. Was on it for a solid week during a bulk phase and didn't notice a f*ckin thing.

If you want a quality Arginine based product pick up something that is combined with some form of Creatine. I'm gonna give you a list of products that have worked FOR ME. These are supplements that are Creatine/NO2 combos or mimic their effects with other ingredients.
Controlled Labs Green Bulge <==== Very solid product, plus its capsule form so its easier to take. Amazing pumps and strength increases. Be prepared to swallow 5-7 of these bad boys though.
Xyience NOX-CG3 <====== Expensive but highly effective. One of the more commercial products I use. Actually does what it claims to do, but the price of it makes this thing a once-in-a-while purchase.
Omega Sports Cre-Ethyl Thunder <====== One of the best supplements I've used period. Doesn't contain Arginine but mimics its effects. Can be compared to Green Bulge due to its capsule form and ingredients. Also a much better value since you get 30 servings as opposed to 21 with Green Bulge, and for the same price. Have to choke down 8 capsules so keep that in mind.
S.A.N. V-12 Turbo <====== Old faithful when it comes to pumps and strength, Very solid product. This is always in direct competition with Swole. Both products are very good and priced competively. I will say that V-12 is alot more tart and sweet, makes you gag sometimes.
Syntrax Swole V.3 <====== One of my favorite supplements, been using it for years. The original version was more stripped down but they have added more to it. They even have a new version called SwoleN that adds NO2; haven't tried it yet though. Still, Swole is a cheap and very very effective product. Works for both responders and non-responders to Creatine/NO2.
