I haven't maxed in a minute, and don't want to really...
In the comp i'm gonna just rep out 365 or 375. Back in the day, I could hit 15 easily as warmup before going into machines. It's not so easy anymore, but i'm just gonna do as many as I can and call it a day.
The most I did freeweight wise back in the day was 405 x 12+. I think this comp is by weight class and i'm only 180. My coach entered me in it to get a taste of what it's like

I love squats though, and can physically/mentally do them easier than any other exercise/bodypart. Only thing IO'm worried about is this slight stinging in my upper right thiogh that started this weekend, and I haven't even squated recently.
Friday i'm gonna hang around 315 and rep with that, see how it feels. I don't do any leg extensions anymore (which I would LOVE to) so my thigh muscles have dropped in apperance. but my legs are still pretty solid (I need to work on my hammies more).
Do you know of any other freeweight exercises I could do to hit hamstrings other than Stiff-legged deadlifts and Lunges?

Goodmornings is a pretty good exercise for lower back and hamstrings. What federation is organizing this meet? How deep do you have to go on the squat, parallel, a bit below parallel or just above parallel. That usually depends on the federation, the depth.
I do my squats below parallel or parallel almost always, I believe its the true squat movement(below parallel). quads, glutes, hams, core get a good solid work. but if folks can't go below parallel due to not being flexible or physical problems its ok.
Good luck on your meet, bro. Just remember one thing, the week before the meet, try and take it easy. Don't go too heavy, actually go light.

Yea, I could go heavy but I was just gonna stay with weight I'm most conmfortable.
And I'm not sure about the federation, I think it may be a school thing.
But I'm only going parallel. I don't like going below parallel because I heard it could fukk up your knees. I did another type a squat that middle eastern wrestlers do (without weight, I forgot the name) and I felt a pop in my knees afterwards. PLus I done blew my knee too many times to want to do that..
But if I do have to go low, I'm only staying at 315 and repping out. I might go lighter, I've been thinking about it. Depending on who had did what before me.
