View Full Version : Where do you buy your protein from?
I'm trying to find the cheapest spot to buy it at.
GNC seems to be the cheapest with their discount for the first few days of the month. might be able to find some on the net for a lot cheaper.
This is the stuff i buy:
http://www.gnc.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2176147&cp=2276165&parentPage=family

Yea you can stick with the ON 100%. Try picking up the gold standard version though. Loaded with more Isolates which is the highest form of Whey protein on the market.
I use that damn Gold Card the first week of every month to stock up on protein. Protein is the only thing I buy from GNC. Anything else, either hit up Vitamin Shoppe or do it online.

Ideally yes...but who has time to cook all the time and post workout, whey is really good due to its absorbtion factors..but like I said, its not(protein powder) needed, but helps tremendously.
