I drink alot too and that can't be good for us, atleast 5 beers a day after my damn bad days at work  I think if you can cut out the drinking stress will get less, I know how you feel being overworked and drinking etc. I suggest you read up on supplements to help you slow down the drinking and carbs and try to get yourself back, GOD KNOWS I NEED TO. I weighed fukkin 140 or so when I started working where I do, now that I got dough and eat alot more and drink more I weight 166 and I am only what 5'8. I know that is not big by any means, but alot of that is in the gut and it is not nearly as flat as it was when I started working and stopped really working out. I lost a ton though when I dropped to 140 and looked too skinny, when I worked out in 00-01 I was 160 of mostly muscle and was happy as hell.

You lost that much weight since then?
Good gracious. I thought folks got heavier when they get injured, can't hit the gym and just go to work and eat.

hmm
I'm pretty much an avid beer drinker, but I am *finally* cutting myself off... at least during the week.... the calories and wasted time alone arent worth it. I'm not quitting 100% but "taking a break" for a bit, gonna try to channel into jogging and being productive.
But ah, what's up w/those suppliments? I never heard of anything like that before? the weekend's coming so I'll be challenged to not imbibe.
