I am trying to lose weight and gain strength, moreso the former than the latter.
This is my exercise routine as follows

Before work: 5 rounds on speed bag
At work: walk around building
After work( around 11:30pm): At gym, 30 min on elliptycal machine and (getting back to)30 on the stairmaster
Cont': 5 rounds on heavy bag at gym (broke my personal one) 1st left jab, 2nd rigt jab, 3rd combonations, 4th with +5lb wieghts in each hand and 5th all out for 3 min.

I am trying to limit my carbs and caloric intake, but when I take the protein shakes I feel that I am defeating the purpose. I used to take muscle milk but I hit a plateu with it and started to gain weight again. I have bought GNC's mix that contains leucine.

I take caffeine and carnetine to help with fatloss (as I have read). What else can I do?

It depends on what your goals are. Cutting or Bulking?.......Its hard to do both. I try to focus on one at a time. There are alot of good links and advice in this forum, you just got to look through them.

No offense but that routine ain't gone do nothin for strength. If I were you I would keep the punchin bag and cardio shyt. But add some weight training (focus on compound lifts)and just eat alot of clean foods first before the supplements. See what kind of gains you get then when you hit a wall start taking the supps. EAT,LIFT, REST, AND REPEAT.

Still pop the multi-vitamins and my Hydroxy-cut and carnitine.
