i wanna be able to seduce my lady sometimes while wearing a pair of scrubs with no undies so she can see my "V" slit things.....
i know this sounds mad flagrant but u know what i mean....
i aint bout to post no example pics either...
i have them lightweight tho...but i wanna make em better...
what kind of situps or crunches?

do some more lower abs.....maybe diet a bit and drop some bodyfat..work on your legs..plenty of stuff

Your genetic make-up plays a part in getting that "v" down there, but anyone should be able to see some kinda result through extensive lower ab work and plenty of leg work too. Look into Squats and Deadlifts as well. Both of these exercises work the abdominal muscles as a secondary function. If your squatting and deadlifting with proper form you should be feeling some sort of tightness or soreness in your abs, especially lower abs.
