Aim- lose 35 pounds in 12 weeks and tone up(later) started out at 102kg which is ? pounds
week 1: 7am-8am (cardio with personal trainer (includes jogging,light weights,boxing,circuit)
8.30- 3 weetbix,400ml low fat milk, 650ml water
11am-650ml water
12noon- sandwich(brown bread,chicken breast,avocado,tomato,ketchup no dressings)
1pm-650ml water
2pm- sandwich as above
4pm-650ml water
5pm- agani(i get hungry
7pm-7.45pm swimming(50 laps, 25metre pool)
9pm
week 2: 7am-8am (cardio with personal trainer (includes jogging,light weights,boxing,circuit)
8.30 am-oats+1 weetbix and 400ml low fat milk,650ml water

12noon-salad (lettuce, chicken breast(grilled)1egg boiled,tomatoes(chopped up) and sweet chilli sauce
