You give us no information on yourself, and yet you want us to tell you all the hows and the best path to getting a particular body?
It's not that easy, actually, it's pretty difficult.
Tell us your routine that has gotten you in shape. Your shape, weight, frequency you do exercise, foods you tend to eat, how often you eat, how strong is your respiratory system (can you play sports intensely without problems), etc
And like Roid Jones stated research research research. Keep yourself informed, there are so many strategies in regards to improving one's health. There are no shortcuts. Someone here wanted to know how to gain 15-20 pounds of muscle in 6 weeks, which goes to show that many people are looking for the magic pill, or secret regime. It's actually challenging to gain 5 pounds of muscle in 2-3 months, but definitely doable. You need to invest years to getting into great shape. You might as well start preparing yourself mentally. Fitness not a phase, it's a habit and lifestyle. It's actually fun and challenging.
If you have any specific questions, I'll try to help.
Oh, and there is nothing HOMO about it

You don't eat often because you probably do not get hungry much and since you are overweight, being 217 at your height is not good - even very muscular/dense people very rarely reach that weight at that height. Not getting hungry is an indication that your body as adjusted to your lifestyle. In other words, if you eat 6 meals a day, your body will get hungry more often. If you eat 2 times a day, your body goes in what is called "starvation mode." Your body thinks it is starving, so as a result the metabolism decreases dramatically and it stores fat when it needs calories to burn.
The first thing I suggest is eat a good breakfast. Do not eat it at once. Think of it like this, take berries, healthy cereal high in fiber, fruits, milk, etc and eat some before you leave in the morning and eat the rest in a 3 hour span - a little at a time. Do the same for lunch and snack and dinner. And make sure you get a fair amount of vitamins, minerals, proteins, healthy fats and carbs throughout the day, within 3 weeks, your metabolism will increase noticably. Remember your body adjusts to what you give it and do to it.
The 2nd thing you should do is improve the shape of your respiratory system - heart, lungs, etc. The respiratory system is what defines the shape one is in. Someone can appear healthy, but if they smoke, don't move much, they are in bad shape. So, do some jogging for 3 times a week 10-20 minutes at first until you feel you can handle more time and more intensity. 3 or so months down the road you will feel much more energetic. You eat better, your metabolism is up and your heart and lungs are in better shape, you can breath more effectively and your heart is pumping blood more efficiently. Think about how important your heart is. If it's not pumping blood efficiently, the heart rate will increase to do the same amount of work as a healthy heart, and as it gets older and in worse shape and it needs to work more, repiratory diseases come about. Now is the time to do something about your health, while your are young.
You do not have to lift at this point if time is limited, but you should do the aforementioned things. Also, get involved in some calistitics.
Exercise does wonders on the psyche.
