Recommend some things that people can use in their fitness goals.

Heres some cost effective stuff that I use and others use...Ad on



Cardio-Running, Walking(free), Jump Rope($1-9 dollars from target, wal-mart)

Cost effective Protein- 100% Whey Gold Standard By optimun nutrition

Supplements- Order them online rather than GNC to save alot of money, once in a while GNC has a good deal, but rarely. Use GNC for emergencies. massnutrition.com, 1fast400.com and bodybuilding.com are reliable sites

Gym- (find a buddy with a membership and ask if they can add you to the account, that may avoid a downpayment since he already paid down or even bring the price down on both memberships. They can bill each account seperately, so he doesnt have to worry about you not paying) :)

Some smaller gym chains offer no contract and low down payments (0-49 down, 15-20 a month), like Planet Fitness here in South Florida.

Ballys usually gives peeps huge breaks after they have been there years and will offer a free membership to that person to bring in a friend or family member.
