In advance sorry for my rant:

In my recent memory I can't see one time where anyone asked a credible question about fitness. It's not that hard to get muscle. It's more time and patience than anything. For the last time eat and I mean stuff your with whole clean foods such as chicken, oats, brown rice, sweet potatoes, tuna etc. Then supplement with your protein shakes and creatine. If you don't eat the supps won't work and your pissing away your money. Then you simply get in the gym and do compound exercises such as bench pressing, squats, deads, rows, pull ups, dips, and throw in some iso exercises if you'd like.It would be better to find a pre-existing program template such as Rippetoes Starting Strength, GVT, West Side for Skinny Bastards etc. look them up they will help.

Now get in the gym beautiful people and bust yall asses. Yall do know black people are croakin more than any other race for unhealthy eating and shyt.

On a side note: I personally use German Volume Training which is basically a mass building, high volume training method. I chose a proven template because I personally don't know enough to set up my own routine.I'm currently doing a 50 pound bulk or what ever I gain until January. Then I will start my cut to get them abs back for the summer.

Heres My Bulking Diet:
-Cre-Ethyl Thunder and Whey
-2 cups of oats, 5 whole eggs, 2 cups of milk.
-1/2 pound Ground Turkey, sweet potato and Broccoli
-12 inch turkey breast sub from subway
-A steak and more vegetable(Last meal keeping carbs low).
-Cottage Cheese with 2 tablespoons of natty almond butter and a casein shake.

I also drink about 2 gallons of water a day

:thumbsdow Alot of yall need to read this shyt. But whatever

But mane I just got back from the gym and today was the dreaded leg day. doing 10X10 for squats super setted with 10X10 calf raises is killer. Then I did 5X5 of leg presses and 8X8 on leg curls. That was a bytch I swear I almost threw my breakfast stated above up. I can barely walk now but that tells me I did a good job.
