The dojo I joined offers multiple art forms and for the 1st 30 days I can go to any class i want. I did the muay thai today and it is a much better workout than bjj. I like the bjj but I feel the muay thai can help me lose weight faster. If it wasn't a 45-50 minute drive to the dojo I would do both because I really do like the bjj. The kicking punching elbowing and kneeing got me hooked.

When I get my Wavemaster XXL, I plan to practice a lot of Muay Thai moves on it. I'm sure it will be a great workout.

On the same note they teach bjj at my gym. Its cost extra, but when I walk into the class they always ask me if I wanna participate. Mostly when they're grappling, I dont feel like getting choked out after lifting weights tho

i was actually looking for a boxing gym in my area and the place i go noe is what came up. they do all types of stuff there.

I practice Muay Thai on my own, but I'm thinking about joining a gym or see if they got something when I get to college. I also wanted to do BJJ. Not for the workout or to do it seriously, just so I got the confidence to defend myself against that type of bullsh*t. I just like Muay Thai though. I used to box and did TKD, i just think this would help me all around.
