i have a question...
so i'm about to begin my bulking workout routine in about a week, along with diet as well. my current job is somewhat physical in nature (i work in a warehouse) and i'm constantly lifting boxes and such which range from 10lbs to 25lbs. my plan is to lift on days when i don't work (mon, wed, fri) and i realize that rest if a vital part of bulking, so my question is will my gains be greatly reduced since i'm burning calories at work? should i eat more calories to compensate? any advice is appreciated...

Logic had a friend in this situation but he was lifting 50lbs boxes as a summer job not only did he bulk up but he lost alot of weight in the process he did not workout because he got his workout at work from the lifting and walking around so he got a physical and arobic exercise at the same time...........Logic advice to you is to take a wait and see approach try it for a month to see how it goes and if you feel a need to bulk then bulk but you might not need it cuz you just might get it from your job

Try to sleep 8 and a half to 10 hours a day. That rest should be ample enough to repair your muscles. Boxes that are 25 pounds I do not think will hamper your growth. However, you will be burning a lot more calories than the average person during work. So, make sure you intake enough calories to compensate.
Other than that, you should be fine. Make sure you monitor your growth. Take girth measurements every 4 to 6 weeks, as well as body fat %ages and weight, to determine the amount of muscle gained.

that wasn't my question u dumb nicca...
i know 25lbs ain't sh*t...i was askin if i should eat more to compensate for the calories i'm burnin at work. for me, every calorie is important since i have a fast metabolism so i gotta make sure i got that caloric surplus...

well shyt how did u get a fast metabolism? im about to start a physical job and im not tryin to bulk im tryin to lose weight. i do about 200-350 pushups a day monday thru friday,30 pullups and about 50 squats with no weights
