Im trying to get my body like this, not too big like some dudes but some muscle and keep it cut....Does anyone know some of his workout routines, i know he never used to use free weights but im sure dude does now!

most of his body is due to genetics.you may not be able to get a v taper like him but you may still be able to get a decent physique
