3 months or 3 years.
The best secret to fitness and health: STICK TO IT!
I just know he hit 225 x 25 during rookie workouts. Thats what I was trying to get, I was pretty close to 20. I might do it again.

How many did Lendale do? Like 15? I know I can do 20, maybe I'll try to see if I can get 25.

I have no idea
I got to work back up there. My coach used to hit it about 35+ times. Some dude in the NFL hit it 50 times last I heard

I'm pretty confident I could get it, but I never do stuff like that because it just fukks up my whole chest workout for the day.

Thanks for the assist.
I heard it was 25, but I had only heard it. I forgot where, but that was what I was trying to get.

u can do it in 3 months, but u gotta do cardio in the morning, lifting (ranging from Squats, to DeadLifts, to Bench Press etc) @ nite, and a daily icebath, and deep tissue massage, + 8 hours of sleep (to speed up recovery so u can grow faster)
For the cardio, id reccomend doing some kind of martial arts/boxing
and u must cut out all junkfood, and eat only lean meat, whole grains, nuts, seeds , and only drink water

What benefits does doing cardio in the morning then lifting at night bring. Would it be different if the lifting was done right after the cardio

you should run first, make sure youre tired when you lift so your muscles work hard

you aint gotta do 1300 situps daily to get abs like that man....
Im thinner than dude (i'm 173-175ish)...im guessing...i dont know his height...but my abs are close if not the same now...i only do weighted crunches twice a week (45lb weight plates on decline bench)...60 reps...25 reps....25 reps...
..dude is yoked tho

u shouldn't lift right after cardio....if anything u should do cardio after lifting...or separate them completely (like one morning and one at night like dude said)
I think bush is 6'0 and weight 200-202

Youre wrong pal! I have a great body, if you want to look good listen to me and not you. Lifting when youre tired sends your body into hyertrophic shock. Youre so tired and agonized that lifting weights takes every bit of strentgh courage and will that youve got. It will make your muscles and heart bigger.
Benching 185 after running for 30 minutes does MUCH more for you then lifting 225 while you are fresh. This is a fact so im not even going to entertain your ignorance. Im damn near a personal trainer!
