View Full Version : Is there any program that would cut samples evenly?

sometimes i like to cut a lil loop like say 20 times but its a hastle doing it in my program i cut in (magix). is there a program that would cut the samples evenly into any amount that id ask?

Fruity loops does it, but sometimes there is a lag in the cut or a delay depending on what your BPM is set to on the programs slicer

I use Magix HEAVILY and I rarely use anthing else to cut samples besides that and my MPC 2000XL, I've never seen a program that is easier to percisely cut samples and add effects to them to get a brand new sound out of them

I've been using it for about 6 years and i haven't seen a program that I've liked better, especially if you're used to Magix's main functions

Recycle 2.1 chops up samples nicely, then you can map it to your midi controller/mpc.

yea i d/led that to try but the crack was all types of ****ed up and i couldnt get it to work
