Lift weights if your trying to loose weight/ get lean...should u go heavy with short reps or lighter with more reps-or just lift regular? Experts drop some knowledge for me

As long as you have a caloric deficit - eat less calories than you burn, and you will lose weight.

yeah i know that..i guess i always think i'll get like hella bulky if i lift a certain way:confused: i guess:huh:

Just incorporate cardio in your workout. I dont think it really matters how much or how you lift. Your muscles will help aid in burning the fat.
