working out with women appreciation thread

I would rather lift in an empty gym but I realized tonight women are a much, much lesser of two evils. more considerate, no nagging bravado, won't get in your space and f-up your concentration. I def. welcome their company better

this thread ofcourse excludes loud mouth Dominicans but you get the picture

Yea I've lifted with a few females in the past, but only the ones who wondered over to where the big boys are. For the most part females stay away from our area in the gym, but every once in a while you find that one chick that doesn't give a f*ck.

Only downside is that sometimes they slow me down. Most dudes can't hang with me when I'm goin hard; females put in good effort but in the end slow me down too.

I like to look at the women in between sets. Sometimes i get amped enough to push myself and add a rep or two.

yea I'm not gonna lie...that section (usually where the loud grunting noises are coming from) intimidates me...

I wouldn't mind working out with a guy tho, someone to just help me w/proper form on some stuff I don't really know how to do (w/weights)
