in the past 2 months...

I've lost 15-20 over the past year, none of it JUST fat, because I feel chubbier, slower, and weaker (in the lower back and legs)...


This is not good, how long do any of you think I could get it all back? I want to get back to 190, solid, atleast. I got to get the athleticism back, the speed, the strength, all of it has fallen..

I'm about tto eat/workout like crazy. Fukk it, I'm even going back to creatine. Fukk a wrist injury, I'll buy more wraps. I got to get it all back...then get more:mad:

according to Navy standards if you are 5-11 190lbs is just about right for you.

see you were stuck in my situation... well kinda.


175 is a good weight for you man. trust me. you just gotta keep up your cardio some kinda way.


not really big on back and leg routines tho' i just do the basics ie. squats and deadlifts.

but i'm not a strong (overall) and solid as I used to be. Not as fast, etc., which makes me belive alot of what I lost was muscle.

I got to get it back. 175 isn't a good look

shyt really..if i were you i stay at 175lbs at your height...if you turn that shyt into muscle you'd have a nice bodyfat percentage and a nice solid/cut look without being too thin.....you're my weight right now and your barely a couple inches shorter than me...

thats another thing, my bodyfat percentage has risen. I know it...

but awhile back, I was around 190 with low bodyfat percentage. Now i'm 15lb's less with higher bf probably. See why i'm frustrated

I feel you..

just hit them weights hard and keep your weight where it's at....im big on muscle milk but any protein shake...and just knock that shyt out...


...man my motivation is remembering being 140lbs and weak as fukk before i started lifting...i will never go back to that shyt...EVER lol

Yea, I usually only stay wth muscle milk. Like I said, you and me look very similar, but I can tell my body is changing for all the wrong reasons and has changed from before. I'm taking some other protein now, with some sports ginseng, creatine, flax seed, ad i'm about to bu some fish oil. I fukked up my wrist, but I can stil do arm exercises, so I do that and shoulders, back and legs until my wrist get back to feeling strong enough for benching anything over 315. My lower body is where I lost the most strength in, s thats what i'm about to hit up seriously.

And gotti, thats another thin. I cut back on cardio SIGNIFICATLY since my 190 days. I ran track at one time, but that didn't last long, so it's not the cardio. I'm gonna up it, back to riding bikes and start off walking then jogging, and then sprinting again.

but yea, i'm getting on them weight. This week is a testing point I told myself. If I don't see/feel a big difference by the weekend, the I don't know what I will do.
