It makes your wallet lighter...
Seriosly though, from what I know this stuff simply gives you more of a "pump", that swole feeling and look you get after a workout. It has no real benefits. If you're looking for a supplement that's proven to work, stick to creatine monohydrate.
There is confusion around NO2 and what it actually does. NO2 is a Vasodilator which in other words means that it expands your blood vessels allowing more blood to travel through your veins which leads to the increased pump when you lift due to more blood rushing into your muscles. Some products work in the opposite way like Ephedra and Caffeine. Supplements like these actually constrict your blood vessels.
NO2 doesn't directly lead to strength gains, but with the increased blood flow and oxygen going into the muscles, it induces a Creatine-like effect. I have personally never noticed anything from taking NO2 and believe its pure hype that works for SOME people. I always had wide blood vessels and above average blood flow so it didn't affect me much.
Also, remember that NO2 is simply another version of Arginine, an Amino Acid found in most BCAA and protein supplements. Arginine by itself in it's natural form has also been shown to increase blood blow and expand vessels.
