You ni ggas is the reason hip hop is dead. Think about it. Artists aren't selling as many records as before cause ni ggas is bootleggin. Since sales aren't high, labels are droppin or shelvin nig gas. So they have to become commercial to sell sh it to white kids to get more sales so labels don't do them dirty. That's why you hear bull**** on the radio now. Ni ggas is gettin commercial to get sales. Real nig gas gotta stay underground so they can spit tha real s hit.

Downloading is a problem, but the labels have to embrace Mp3's and use it to their advantage. Not just putting a website up where you can hear 30 second snippets of tracks.

Who said give it away? R.I.F. baby. IF you know that Fish Scale by Ghost isn't going to be a platinum seller do something else. Offer 2 versions of the album. Do a pay digital download for the album online, with a different track listing. For instance if sample clearances aren't a problem, add the track with Ghost rapping like a girl on the digital download LP.

Ghost has already done this with a CD release of the Canadian version of Supreme Clientele. He put a extra verse on Wu-Banga 101. Put the remix of the track with superb on there (along with the original), the iron man samples were added back, and he put the skits on separate tracks. If sample clearances are not a problem that would be a good digital download.

Back in the early/Mid 90's Boot camp use to offer 2 versions of songs. The video/single version usually had the curses replaced with new bars instead of a backspin. While the album version had original curses intact.

Can someone go back and start remastering these albums in DVD-A?

I actuallt think it's going to be worth buying. My mans has a copy from the label, but it's watermarked so it can't rip or burn to CD....but dude is 3 for 3 so far, with "Say," "Yah Mean," and "Presidential MC," and I heard that RZA MURDERS some production on the album, so I can't wait to really get my hands on this album

Welcome to 2006.

For many years now people have had the power to download an album and choose to buy it based upon how good the album is, no longer do we have to risk wasting money.

Downloading is the best thing to ever happen in the music industry, that is unless your releasing rubbish music or your one of those bottom feeders making money from the artists hard work.

Downloaded it about a week ago to check it out. It starts off pretty good but kinda falters after track 12. I'm gonna buy it still cause Meth is still tight and I'll support real hip-hop over this snap music $hit goin on right now.
