Bruce's physique is very streamlined and defined, something I aspire for. I don't ever want to be too bulky or too muscular. Bruce always pointed out how muscular dudes can rarely do anything with them muscles while Bruce's regimine targeted all areas for optimal usage.

Very true. When Bruce Lee's friend would point out a very bulky, muscular guy, Bruce Lee would ask his friend "How efficient do you think he is in terms of movement, flexibility, and speed?" Like you say, his grew his muscles and used them for their optimum ability. People go for purely looks, and while that helps the ego and self-esteem, does it help one's overall speed, flexibility and overall health.

not necessarily. I think remember bruce saying tha even some of the best athletes i the world could do what he does because of their strengt and other gifts, only if they trained the way he trained. He was small and cut, but without his skill, thats not ideal for someone like me...

plus, I wanted to be similar, but bigger. I'm getting my bruce lee on again, he was also my motivation when I was wokring out the most. He was a scientist of fitness and worked out almost all the time, doing minor sh*t even while watching TV. So i'm trying to get that on...

I saw some of it online, but I knew of him before that happend from his synthol use. Id like to catch it again next time its on tv. Its crazy how he used to look before, he was in shape and healthy, but now he looks like Taz from WWE.

I remember he said at one point he was so big that his girlfriend would have sex with him and lose her orgasm because she was grossed out by his appearance. He also wrote that he saw himself as skinny even tho he had to turn sideways to get through doors at times.

Bodybuilders are the most fukked up people in the head. They have so many issues with themselves, drugs, sex and alcohol. The ones that look like they are the most in shape sometimes are the ones on the edge of death and suicide. I remember this one guy that I knew through someone, he missed one day in the gym from being sick and went to the gym and did (2) 4 hour sessions because he thought he was going to appear smaller to peeps

I know alot of things that go on on the inside from people I dealt with in the past when i was really into the gym heavy. I remember I went from 215 fat and out of shape from school to 188 lean after starting to clean up my diet up to 230 with help from these peeps. I learned that I had to stay clear of them after a while cuz Id probably be in jail, dead or something from associating with them.
