I have been doing a more power lifting based workout routine and I finally hit 250X5. I know it ain't that impressive but when I first started I could only bench 115 a few times. But I train with anywhere from 3-5 reps on compound exercises and even on curls and little sh1t like that I use weight heavy enough not go above 6. But now my joints hurt like an old man all over. I don't wanna lay off the weights because I don't wanna lose any strength. Any supps or any stretching routines to help out. I had been taking pain relievers just to lift and I thought I was getting dependant on them so I stopped.

I was about to tell you to stretch and stop locking out so much on presses. Also, ice yourself down (ice baths) after a tough workout.

Their are vitamins and supps you can use for joint pains, but I'm too lazy to look them up. Someone will probably tell you soon enough, or you could just google it

-Drink more water, atleast one gallon a day
-Start taking Fish Oils/Flax Seed Oil
-Pick up a solid multi

Increasing water intake usually takes care of joint issues. I used to have the same problem and each time I did, I realized it was due to a lack of water. Fish Oils work wonders too.
