I stay away from them now. They're higher in carbs/calories than I prefer. If I buy a half a lb at the store I'm going to eat all of them in one sitting, so I just don't buy them anymore.

they're pretty high in calories and of course carbs, esp considering you can eat so many of them so fast..

FYI all berries (straw, blue, rasp, black, etc) are i think the lowest in calories and carbs, fruit-wise.

my mother freezes grapes, and i started doing it too. they're so much sweeter tasting, and good to suck on, and they last longer.. so i guess that would be a good dieting tip.

do it.. 10 or 12 grapes feels like 25-30.

Yup, berries are the better alternative because they are lower in sugar and have antioxidants which lessens the rate of oxidation (generally speaking),which in turn, protects your cells from potential damaging effects from oxidation.

But grapes are fine in moderation. I drink wine occationally (once or twice every 4 to 8 weeks).
