that's normally no thing to me. i stay in the gym 5-6 days out the week but i have a compressed muscle in my back and i have a pulled muscle in my leg.
i have these injuries becuz i have too much muscle for my frame.
so tell me how can i get rid of this weight since cardio probably be out of my routine for a minute??
diet, eat low calorie foods and have a deficit.

how much you weigh now?
when i got hurt i was at 205lbs. but i ahve lost 9 lbs in 2 weeks. i feel lighter but i am getting fatigue faster.
i was sparring yesterday with a friend of mines (5 rounds 5 minutes each) and i couldnt believe how quick i was tired. not taking in alot of carbs is slowing me down. but i have to drop this weight.

i started eating carbs again but lightly and it shows. i lost 2 more pounds. i am now at 194.3 ro some shyt like that. my cardio is slowly gettin' better as i spar more with my homie.
