Can someone comment on my current routine.

Im tryin to lose weight,tone up, most fo my body weight is concentrated on my lower body.. mostly thighs(genes)

3 sets x 10 Squats
3 sets x 10 Lunges
3 sets x 10 Leg Press
Cardio 30 minutes

1Hr.4 Days a week

Chest : 3x10 each(bench press w barbell/dumbell,dumbell flys)
Back: 3x10 sets each (dumbell rows, barbell rows, deadlift)
Shoulders: 3x10 (shoulder/military press, military press with dumbells)
Bicep/Tricep: 3x10sets (curls-dumbell,tricep press,barbell curs)

1Hr 3 Days a week

there's no set routine to losin weight. it's all motivation.. try to see what u capable of first like do the usual excersises basic 10 situps, 10 pushups, etc.. do a lil running, get some cardio by ballin or swimming is actually a really good way to exercise.

I know some people have commented in your past routines and judging you based in your recent posts, it seems you have not learned a damn thing.

If you think you should work on your legs 4 days a week and run 30 minutes directly after that, and work on your lower body 3 days a week and run 30 minutes after that, then I do not know where to start.
