Right after the workout I make a protein shake with 2 scoops scoops of whey and 8oz of %2 milk.

Protein and if you want some sort of BCAA supplement.

For the protein, try buying some WPI (Whey Protein Isolate) for post-workout nutrition since this is protein in its purest and most potent form. It is rapidly absorbed and yields the best results. Take a protein shake (40-50 grams) as soon as possible following a workout, and then follow up by eating 90 minutes after, a protein rich meal.

Also, if your bulking you may want to add in some simple carbs following the protein shake to restore Glycogen levels in your muscles so you don't feel like your draggin ass the rest of the day.

i'm on a training cycle now that says to take my supplement of choice 30 minutes pre-workout and take more immediately post-workout.
