If it's a quickstrike then the only stores in St. Louis that even have a remote chance of having them are the same stores that get all the exclusives: R-sole, Street Legends, and Harold Pener to a lesser extent.

You can't really put an exact number on the quantity released of the shoe but it's not really available widely. QS accounts are usually your urban accounts. For example in Atlanta I would say Walter's and DTLR carry QS shoes. Certain retail chains like Footlocker may recieve QS shoes at a particular location but not chainwide or on the internet. Hyperstrike is the next level down and those are only releases that are made in the low hundred numbers. Then you got Friends and Family releases which usually are designed just for a small number of people, think the Roc-a-Fella AF1's

on an unrelated note, what are everyone's tips on cleaning or avoiding blue stains from jeans onto your kicks?

oh god...

pinoying...there's a couple things you can do. you never want to wear dark denim without first soaking them overnight...you can also add 2 cups of white venegar to a light wash cycle which will help seal in the color. usually if you cuff the jeans, the color will not bleed onto your kicks (as long as the underside of the jeans is resting on the kicks..not the actual cuff). also, there's diff things you can do as far as making your own liners go (using tape as a barrier).

yea, alot of people I know moved away from AF1's for whatever reason...too many people wearing em, got bored, whatever...to me it's still a classic shoe regardless. canvas & jewel AF1's are some of my favorites from the 90's, so I'm glad to see them updating the canvas line.
