it's starting to die down, if you think about it, now, you just have to wait out the hype, wait till the kicks come down in value then cop for sometimes below retail.

look at the bmps, fire reds, flips, etc...everybody's trying to be a reseller now....but the thing is there is more supply than demand, so the prices drop, and drop, and drop.

Just gotta be patient and know where to look, but i do feel you, all these "sneakerheads" are annoying...you can tell who's a fraud and who's legit.

there's basically two categories now...you're either a consumer or a retailer. the term sneakerhead is dead & I'm someone who actually believed it had legitimacy at some point (before the hype took off). these kids are already getting out of it, selling off entire collections their parents copped for them. going out of your way to cop super limited releases solely cuz you want so badly to be unique is really lame as well...the whole concept of rocking what you like is lost to a lot of these folks.

I gotta stunt on all my friends & show em I'm bringing the real HEAT". yea I'm guilty of stashing some kicks too but there's really no excuse in having a 90% DS collection (besides getting your e-props on the various forums).

all my kicks are worn, some of em i haven't worn in months..but they still get worn, usually if i dont wear em at all i just sell em. WTF i look like buying $300 shoes and putting them in the closet just to say i have em...

When i was a youngsta i'd wear my shoes into the ground...holes in the damn soles and sh1t and my moms would beat my azz, smh @ all the heat i've destroyed.
