This Forum is Stagnant. Need some more threads where people can contribute daily progress ... So post up ya personal records and hopefully in a few months of hard work you can look back and see the progress you made. (if you are the type of person that doesn't carry around a notepad and pen all around the gym)

Mine as of 7.18.06

BW: 203

DeadLift: 455 x 2
(with straps no chalk allowed at gym and my grip strength sucks :( )

Squat: 365 x 6

Bench Press: 225 x 14
I have bad shoulders so i try not to bench heavy. :(

Good idea, even though I think has been done already.

Anyway, my 1 RM lifts to date:

benchpress: 404.8lbs(184kgs)(1 rep)

Deadlift: 585lbs(266kgs)(1 rep).........goal is to break into the 600lbs range.

Squat: 525lbs(238.6kgs)(1 rep)


I have not done max lifts for a bit now, maybe 6 months. But I'll probably concentrate for a max deadlift for November.

damn it's been done? oh wells. i'm predicting this thread flopping anyway... :(

long time ago I tried a 405 bench press once, damn near killed myself. lol!

ran 25 minutes non stop (i had never done that before)

i did like 2.5 miles.
