what is the so-called bad food that you tend to eat at least once or twice a week. iit could be anything. Fast Food, Restraurants, Snacks or whatever.
i gotta go with the 20 piece from McDonalds. i been a fiend for it for about 3 months. i still maintain my workout and stuff but my week wont go right if i dont eat a 20 piece.

I'll have to say prelines and cream icecream from baskin robins. I swear I wish I've never heard of it. I but a freaking pint. WHY? i'm definately upset about that, chocolate chip cookies, which I don't eat too often because I know how much I love them and last but not least M & M peanuts wooo woo woo, I love those m & ms. The only thing that i'm having a problem with is the ice cream but I don't eat the other two that much, I'd rather be in shape and not snacking that snacking and fat.

my "bad foods" are pizza, chinese food (fried rice mainly) & hot wings...I don't believe in deprivation tho...if I want something, I have it.

ben & jerry's or a whole pizza which is usually finished in a day.
Man I'm the king of cheat meals. I got too many favorites but lately since its grilling season I've been doin it up big on Sundays. This past sunday I had three 6 oz. Filet Mignons, with a dry-rub left overnight, grilled to medium-rare. As a added treat I use this special steak sauce that has Black Truffle as its main ingredient; pure flavor and bliss. Grilled up some jumbo shrimp too, sunday was lovely.
When I'm at school and don't have the luxury of foods like this, I usually hit up Subway and grab two footlong subs, loaded, and about 5 of their peanut butter cookies... hits the spot just right. Pizza Hut be hittin it right too for cheat meals.
I tend to stay away from sweets and deserts for my cheats, but Ben & Jerry's Chunky Monkey Ice Cream is feasible on occasion.

that's the only way to do it.. i've seen too many friends "diet", and deprive themselves.. and then go nutso with it when they try and indulge a little.
greasy fast chinese food is mine.. although i'm not watching my weight.. i try to put mostly healthy things into my body these days.. it's WILD to me how much "bad" food, or sugar specifically, affects me now.. literally, i feel lethargic, get headaches, and just feel "sick" in general if i eat really poorly.. not to mention the way my um.. innards... :guilty:.. react to bad foods or alcohol now.

Mine are pizza and donuts mainly cinnamon twist from Dunkin Donuts. On Saturday's I usually eat a large cheese pizza and 4 cinnamon twist. In combination with my regular protein intake. The following day my stomach is usually distended beyond belief but my diet is really strict I deserve it.

Starbaucks. don't make no sense for me to be drinking them huge Venti Iced Carmel Machichatos & Mocha Frappuccinos knowing damn well them sh*ts got like 100,500,098.6 feet squared caloires per drink. :dry:
i'm hoisted up at starbucks on the weekends tho.. :guilty:

My favorite cheat food used to be regular ol' peperoni pizza, and pinapple cake(I love pinapple cake). I would have them once a week. Now its mostly just different types of cake, and hot dogs, once a week. The cheat food meal/day sort of complements my diet abit in a way. Its all gravy.:)

Mine is having a sweet tooth..I love sweets, especially Coldstone's ice cream. I would be so much healthier if I could cut off my sweet tooth :sad:

Chicken nuggets arent bad at all, at Mcd's you can do much worse. You probably get a good 50-60 grams of protein from a 20 peice.
My cheat food is Krispy Kreme glazed doughnuts, only when they are fresh out the oven. The smell OMG! They are pure crack, I can eat a dozen like it's nothing.

i had some shrimp fried rice and chinese style fried shrimp yesterday. shyt was crack. i been eating bad all week tho' but next week starting today i'll get back on it.
