I b een training on and off for about 3 years now. I have been out of a gym for almost4-5 months now and it shows lol. I need help in doing a routine to get me back on my two feet so I can get back in shape better then before.

well what kind of training where you doing? if anything. just start out slow. dont try and just jump back in to the same routine you used to do. and once you get back, dont stop there.

Depends on what your trying to do; just get in shape or build some muscle. Get at us with some more detail.

Well I have gain alot of weight. I'm at 265lbs. I want to lose a good 20-0 lbs of fat. Then I'll go into a mass building phase.

I want to lose this 20-30 lbs of fat in 3 months. From August to the end of the year.
