Whats popular?? I hope that everyone on here knows that what we hear on mainstream radio, and watch on mainstream tv is far from artistic and creative. As a matter of fact, no effort is put into the lyrics and to mention the production anymore. However, there's a so called "underground"(I hate that word) culture that has impressive emcees and outstanding beatsmiths that don't receive the credit and recognition they deserve. With that being said, I took it upon myself to put together a Top 25. The joints on the list are currently being played on college radio stations nationwide, and a few terrestrial radio stations(late night) also.
