Lol lots of sugar and its bad if you workout.
Its blocks the body from burning fat during workout.

Too much sugar and is basically water with coloring and sugar. Its feasible for a post-workout drink though to replenish Glycogen quicker, besides that your better off stickin to water.

someone told me that gatorade and sports drinks with sugars like that are better for endurance and such.. like marathon runners, ballers, etc..
either way, fvck that sugar-water. regular H2O quenches my thirst perfectly fine.

Gatorade has too much sugar and sodium for me.... but some people can benefit from it. If you doing some serious endurance training outdoors ...cool.... but i don't think the average person working out in the gym or whatever needs Gatorade during a workout. like Big H said plain ole water will usually do the trick.

C/s again. if you're gonna drink that kinda stuff always do it after cardio. i drink Propel after cardio.
