Real talk since i've been on this Anabolic Diet (Keto with alot more calories) my erections have gotten super strong. A diet high in saturated fats can do this to you. I used to never belive it until I was beatin this chick and I got so hard my sh!t was sore for 3 days. So if you wanna step ya sex game up and lose a little weight try a cyclic ketogenic diet.

This is what I usually eat. I'm trying to gain weight now.This is a low carb diet if you eat carbs eating this much fat you will get fat. I only eat carbs on the weekend when I might eat a large pizza on Saturday then a whole bunch of whole wheat bagels and oatmeal on Sundays.Then just lift weights, do 500 crunches a night, and run for 30-45 minutes on the treadmill every morning.


Meal 1:
8 slices of bacon
4 scrambled cheese eggs in butter
2 pieces of ham wrapped around cream cheese

Meal 2:
2 cans of tuna with alot of mayo
Raw Broccoli dipped in ranch

Meal 3:
Protein shake
2 tablespoons of flax oil

Meal 4:
Half pound burger (without bread)
2 slices of cheese
2 slices of bacon

Meal 5:
8 ounce steak
1/2 pound of salmon
2 table spoons of flax oil

Meal 6:
1 chicken thigh
Cheesy spinach

Um, eating like that will get me fat as fukk. I'm content with my erections, cuz the weight that will come with that diet is not a good look.

It's a ketogenic bulking diet. I guarantee if you cut the calories back on a keto you will lose weight fast. I haven't gained fat yet but I do have a disgustingly fast metabolism.

but when you get fat your erection gets smaller believe me i know

because your penis shaft hides behind your ab muscles

when you have more fat around your penis and balls area its harder for your penis to get an erection and its less stiff and strong

the more fit you are the harder your erection will be

Believe me I won't get fat. I currently weigh 168 at 6'2 I could stand to gain a few more pounds. But my body is now burning fat for fuel instead of carbs. I don't eat carbs at all except for the weekends. Lol, at someone penis shaft in their stomach.

Yea I get that too when I'm on keto. Sex drive shoots through the roof and I love it. Taking NO2 products also has this effect on me, but its not 24/7 like a good old Keto.

I actually started keto this week..last few times i did it it got me in much better shape than regular low carb diets

Your workouts at first will be tough, but when your body adapts to running on Fat instead of Carbs you'll wonder why you didn't start earlier. You'll come out of the gym looking and feeling great. What your gonna be doing during the week is emptying the Glycogen in your muscle which is essentially what Carbs are turned into for muscles. When this is accomplished, the body has no other alternative but Fat seeing how its the next best thing. This is when the actual fat "burning" begins.

What happens next is simple, you will begin to Carb-up starting Friday evenings up until Saturday night. You will consume ONLY the combination of Carbs+Protein, with minimal Fat intake. The goal here is to replenish that precious Glycogen to fuel your muscles for the next workout. Essentially what your doing at this point is giving your body JUST ENOUGH carbs to fuel workouts, but not promote fat storage. This throws the body into a fat-burning mode during the week and your muscles have just enough carbs to fuel workouts.
