treadmill 30 minutes,

I NEED to KNOW how many calories i've just lost and what am i excercising?

because really i need to lose the fat in my legs i hope im doing the right sh*t, im on my way to the gym now im out peace

Cardio is a full body workout. You will lose fat from all around your body, but you will be toning muscles that you are recruiting in your exercise.

The number of calories you lost is dependent on how strenuous the exercise was so I can't tell you that.

Just keep doing cardio as you have been doing and you will see results.

they say it's impossible to target fat lost to a specific area. i don't think the the fat is lost equally all around your body though. I think it depends on hormones and genetics.

Well my family isn't fat but im a little chubby and sh*t so i believe its possible to lose this
