I always hear about whey protein but no one ever brings up milk as a source of protein. I personally try to drink a gallon a day for the first 3 weeks when i'm bulking up. But I let up and have a few glasses at night. It's an excellent source of casein protein and it digest very slow to keep your muscles fed through the night. It's cheap and always readily available. If you want to gain weight and some quality muscle I say drink your damn milk including your regular protein intake.

DONT DRINK REGULAR DAIRY PASTERUIZED MILK!!!!
Soy and Organic Milk are the way to go.
The milk we usually drink does more harm than good...google "is milk bad for you"

Man people have been drinking milk for years. My mother, my grandmother, aunts, uncles, etc. Now all of sudden people get on this organic kick and the milk you've been drinking all your life is bad for you. I don't believe it. I'll stick with my 1% milk.
There is a reason why organic is better. I would love to get in depth, but lack the time now. But do not down organic foods. The benefits are endless. I'll say this for now. The actor, George Burns, has smoked for something like 70 years, one or more packs a day and he lived to 100. Does that make smoking good?

Well I do drink 2% milk. I did it with whole milk and that packed on a little fat along the waistline but it was cool I still lost it. But to me all milk is good.

I drink skim milk strictly. Fat is good if it's unsaturated, since it promotes hormone growth and helps add muscle for those interested in bulking. A good portion of the fat in whole milk is saturated.
Many have this notion that fat makes people fat, this is not the case at all.

I'm not saying organic is bad, i'm just saying don't down regular milk after it's been around for so long. I'm not knocking organic stuff. I like it. Not saying smoking is good, but obviously it worked for George Burns. There are options for everything.
You think them strongman competitors got big from drinking that soy milk and shyt
plus they want like double the price per gallon on soy and organic :thumbsdow
Ill stick to hormones and pesticides

Back in the day, they weren't giving cows all the hormones and crap they feed them now. Your mother, grandmother, aunts, uncles were probably drinking what would be considered "organic" milk (milk from undrugged cows eating plain ol grass) today.
