Is this possible? I mean....almost any girl I see go on a diet and excercise...they lose their badunkadunk :thumbsdow


Is there any kind of excercise u can do to keep it, or make it bigger?

lots of butt exercises. i lost a little off my but but compared to how much i lost everywhere else (waist and thighs), it still looks good
lunges.... stairmaster... not fast.. just slower/fewer reps with more resistance

basically what she said..

and squats, enough cardio just not over doing it (like some white people who do it 24/7).

Just slow, moderate weight for a woman and butt/leg exercises.


And judging form the posts in TLR, Caramellady must be telling the truth

the key is proportionality. A smaller waistline (say like losing 4 or 5 inches), and a more firm ass/hips area, it will look big or at least decent due to proportion.

I would take an average size ass/hips that is firm with a small waistline rather than the chicks who have these huge asses, and have guts and no firmness, just sloppyness 98% of the time.

I've been working out 4-5 days a week and it's toned the booty...doesn't mean you lose it per say.

Some do lose it though
