Im on a "summer diet" trynna get cut before I go back to school an I need a lil' help..Im doin this Counting Calories plan. So, when counting calories...do I just count the whole amount or on certain items it saids, "calories from fat".. Iuno whether to count just the ones from fat or the whole thing. LOL, yeah a ***** dumb but w/e..An yo if anybody could give me like a sample chart of wat I should be eating from breakfast till supper then drop some knowledge.

Fukk counting calories. I've been leaing out for the past 3 months by making some basic changes to my macronutrient breakdown. Avoid simple carbs. Just keep a few rules in mind.

DON'T EAT/AVOID
-pop/juice
-white rice or white bread
-added sugar
-white potatoes
*most important*
anything where the main ingredient is enriched white flour.

DO EAT-
Natural PB
EGGS
Whey
Meat and Fish
Greens
Sweet Potatoes
Oats
replace sugar with Splenda

LOL, I started this last Thursday Im already cut up, 6 pack showing an erything. I ate like this for a week straight, it kinda did get old but I stuck wit it...

Bannana and Yogurt fo breakfast
Grapes for snacks
Turkey, Carrots, and Celery for lunch
Grapes for snacks
Turkey Burger and small portion of rice for supper
and Bannana for late snack..

I guess all dat pouch needed was a few miles of running everday an a few sensible meals befo it came off. Thanks for the advice tho niccas..
