you only got 4 ribs playa?? U need surgery or something man

but if your trying to lose weight do alot of cardio, and eat fruit all day and meat 1 time a day. stay away from bread's, salads, and food along that line. Delegate your time better so u can work out atleast 2 hours a day.

whoa whoa whoa playa you giving the wrong advice here if the thread starter is serious about losing weight and getting a pack heas going to have lower his body fat % and attack his diet 1st and its going to have to be a small change one at a time you can't go from burgers & pizza to apples and carrots over night he won't last hes going to have to ease it in also with some cardio start walking to work, school, etc, run(if you got the time) you don't have to workout 2hrs per day 2-3 times per week for 30-45min an (hour would be best) would do the trick also EAT whole wheat bread and salads just take an easy on the dressing that will help with weight and your digestive system also if you track back a few pages theres a few ppl who made threads similar to yours Logic suggests that you read them since the content in there is more detailed

I see what your saying, but by running he can almost run off 2,000 calories easily being on a stair stepper with proper settings. Once he loses the weight he wants he can just concentrate on his diet to trim his waistline to the appropiate size.

naw playa exercise & diet goes hand and hand you gotta do both to see results ...2.) 2,000 calries is Crazy you dude would have to run for HOURS just to reach that they say roughly 3,100 calries=1 pound so what your basicly asking him to do is to try and burn a pound a day when the average person on a diet only burns 1-2 pounds per week ....3.) if you pay attention to his 1st post he says he can't get to a gym so a stair master is out of the question thats why Logic said start walking to work & school its not much but it gets the motor going he should be taking it slow right now also he also should of started back in like Feb so he would have the killer body now for the ladies but hey we all gotta start somewhere

You dont have to eat "healthy" but if you eat alot of chocolate's and candy thats not going to deliver what the results you want. What you could start doing is eating 1 type of meat and some fruit and do your cardio regularly and you should see results. Do an ab machine, do a stair master for 20+ minutes every day and lift weights that trigger your ab muscles and will help you. The biggest problem with people who "diet" is the second you get off the diet you gain the weight back rather quickly. So my advice to you is to eat certain foods you like but lay off the sweets and the shyt with them high calories and you should be ok. Keep in mind this isnt a 3 week fix it all you gotta be patient and dilligent with this.

The Nintendo DS Lite is a handheld gaming device used in peripheral with already existing hardware such as the penis and vagina. The two squares on the Nintendo DS Lite stand for Deez Nutz. The Nintendo DS Lite encourages you to touch yourself in new entertaining and interactive ways. For a total and complete gaming experience, you must masturbate while playing the DS Lite. This is the main feature that seperates the DS Lite from the original DS. If you touch yourself while touching the DS Lite or use your penis as a stylus, there will be a 50% graphical upgrade in your DS games similar to how Sega applied the 32X to the Sega Genesis. Games like Donkey Kong become realistic and move with a fluidity only seen in major Hollywood motion pictures. Here is an example of Donkey Kong DS as played on the original Nintendo DS. Now here's Donkey Kong on the DS Lite while playing with your crotch.

I would suggest investing is a small set of free weights. and if you got enough dough invest into a tredmill. if you don't have that much at least get some free weights.

take the time to calculate how much calories you intake per day. once you've done that subtract like 500 calories per day. do that for two weeks. then if you don't see results subtract like 250 calories more. Take it slow cause if you go too fast your body will go in starvation mode and will burn muscle instead of fat. as far as diet, get enough protein (meat, chicken, etc) chill a little on carbs if you eat a lot of them but still get enough (rice bread, etc) and try to eat the good kind of fat as opposed to saturated fats (potatoe chips, etc).

try to do 30 minutes of cardio 2-3 times a week, work out all your muscle groups (the bigger your muscles are in general the faster your metabolism will burn fat) and most importantly, SLEEP (This is when your muscles build)

got most of my info from some website forgot the name but it had some pretty cool basic info on working out.

Real talk, if you serious about losing weight stay away from fruits. They are simple sugars and cause insulin spikes that may store fat. I would just keep the carbs low, but up the healthy fats and get a good cardio routine and lift weights. I personally do cardio in the morning on a empty stomach then lift weights in the evening.
